Actionopolis Creators Kick Off U.S. Tour at Wizard World L.A.

Actionopolis is kicking of its U.S. book tour by dispatching itsActionistas to Wizard World, Los Angeles! The major west coastconvention starts today and runs through the weekend.

Look for the following Actionistas on the convention floor throughoutthe show:

Dan Hipp is well known to comic fans as the creator of the ImageComics title "Amazing Joy Buzzards". He's contributed is talents toActionopolis as the illustrator "What I did on my Hypergalactic,Interstellar Summer Vacation", which is due in comic shop and bookstores in July.

Christopher E. Long, wowed comic readers with his IDW crime book "EasyWay" and has gone on to write "X-Men Unlimited" for Marvel. ForActionopolis, he's written "Blackfoot Braves Society", slated for aSeptember release, and "DragonBlood" due out in 2007.

Dan Wickline, writer of "30 Days of Night: Dead Space" will also bewriting Actionopolis' "Mystery Detective League," due out in 2007.
