Anchor Bay Entertainment, an IDT Entertainment Company, will release Puppetmaster vs. Demonic Toys for the first time on DVD January 17, 2006. This cataclysmic cinematic showdown between these two widely popular home entertainment franchises promises to be the battle royale that horror fans have been waiting for! The “Rumble In The Toy Box” for “The Undisputed Plasticweight Championship Of The Word!”

Puppetmaster vs. Demonic Toys stars 80’s icon Corey Feldman (The Lost Boys, The Goonies, License To Drive) and co-stars Vanessa Angel (Kingpin, The Perfect Score). The film is directed by Ted Nicolaou, who created the popular line of SUBSPECIES vampire films in the 1980s, and is based on characters created by David S. Goyer, the screenwriter responsible for the successful BLADE series of films as well as this year’s hit Batman Begins.

In this eighth installment, Robert Toulon (Corey Feldman) – great-nephew of original Puppetmaster Andre Toulon – is pursued by a mysterious toymaking syndicate seeking Toulon’s reanimation formula in order to turn their line of dolls into vicious killers on Christmas Eve.
